VISION

  • Upon being selected, you have 48HRS to confirm your space by making the full payment for the service you have opted for. After 48HRS your space will be given to another applicant (£100 for logo, £250* for websites or £299* for both) *domain and hosting fees are applicable with a separate charge incurred.

  • Your chosen service MUST be redeemed within 6 months from July 2020, to which your project will no longer be considered a priority among others.

  • We kindly request that you provide all important and relevant information regarding your project to enable us to work according to your brief or vision and to avoid charges outside of your quote (this includes images, copy, fonts, colour scheme or shapes to include or stay away from). UNLESS TOTAL CREATIVE FREEDOM HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US.

  • You can expect your first rough draft within 28* working days for logos. (*working days are Mon-Thurs 10-5pm) 

  • *WORKING HOURS AND TIMEFRAMES ARE BEING AFFECTED DUE TO COVID-19, Updates will be provided when your project commences.

  • Time varies for websites and other projects.

  • You can expect a .PSD, .JPG and .PNG file formats for your logo work.

  • ONE revision is included in the price of your logo or website. You are entitled to request further amendments outside of the one free revision at the standard rate of £25p/h for the first two hours and £50 p/h thereafter.

  • This service is a non-refundable service and should you cancel before work commences, you will be given a store credit which can be redeemed against other design services within 6 months of the cancellation date.

  • Under no circumstances are you permitted to login and make amendments to active website projects. Doing so terminates Being Design Creatives as your web designer and we will not be held liable for your project or any issue arising from amendments made by you.

  • We have the right to include the design work created for you by us on our online portfolio at www.beingdesigncreatives.com
